As soon as a surface is introduced into a marine environment or has water passing through it, the microorganisms will begin the process of trying to establish themselves on that surface. This process usually occurs in a sequence and gets progressively more diverse and difficult to remove. These solutions are designed to interrupt the process in the early stages.
